NamePass Public Offer

This document constitutes a public offer. By using the bot @NamePassBot and the associated mini-app (the "Service"), you (the "User") accept the terms set out below.

1. What the Service does

NamePass generates and analyzes brand-name candidates and also allows the User to check an existing name. For each candidate or name submitted by the User, the Service automatically checks:

The exact set of checks included in the base report or in a full check of an existing name may be refined and extended over time. The composition of the paid service at the moment of purchase is reflected in the payment card and in the check result.

2. Extended tiers, check packages and additional checks

Some checks are provided as paid add-ons or as part of extended tiers (in particular, analysis of overlap with public search results and other deeper checks). The availability of such options, their composition and price are shown in the bot immediately before payment. The base report does not include these extensions unless the payment card states otherwise.

For the "check an existing name" feature, the Service may offer packages of checks. One check from a package entitles the User to one full check of one name submitted by the User. Checks from a package are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to other users and may be used only inside the Service. If no validity period is stated before payment, checks remain available until used.

The Service may launch, modify and suspend paid add-ons without prior notice. This does not apply to reports already paid for — they are produced in the composition that was current at the time of payment.

3. What it is not

The Service is NOT:

All recommendations of the Service are informational in nature. Final verification (lawyer, patent attorney, actual registration) is performed by the User independently.

4. Payment (Telegram Stars)

Paid features of the Service are paid for in Telegram's virtual currency — Telegram Stars (XTR). The amount payable is shown in the bot immediately before the invoice is issued. The charge is processed by Telegram itself; NamePass does not have access to the User's payment-instrument data.

A payment may relate to a separate report, a full check of an existing name or a package of checks. In each case, the composition of the paid service and the number of checks, where applicable, are shown before payment.

5. Refunds

5.1. Technical failure. If a paid report was not produced due to a technical reason on the Service's side, the Service initiates a full refund of the paid Stars through Telegram's mechanism. This usually happens automatically; if the automatic refund did not go through, the User may contact us via /paysupport or /support.

5.2. Payment inquiries. All payment and refund inquiries are accepted via /paysupport or /support. The Service considers each request taking into account the transaction status, whether the report was delivered, the composition of the report stated before payment, and Telegram's mandatory rules.

5.3. Dissatisfaction with content. If the report was produced and delivered in the composition stated before payment, a refund may be declined when the request relates solely to a subjective assessment of the result (e.g. "I didn't like the names"). This does not limit the User's mandatory consumer rights where such rights apply.

5.4. Check packages. If a paid package of checks was not credited due to a technical reason on the Service's side, the Service either credits the package or initiates a refund of the paid Stars through Telegram's mechanism. If a full check of an existing name was not completed due to a technical reason on the Service's side, the used check is returned to the User's balance. Unused checks from a correctly credited package are not refundable, except where directly required by applicable law or Telegram's rules.

6. Liability and limitations

The Service is provided "as is". That said, the Service is obliged to deliver the paid service in the composition shown to the User before payment. Beyond that, NamePass is not liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Service towards the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific paid service in connection with which the claim arose. The foregoing limitation does not apply where it is expressly prohibited by applicable law — in particular, in respect of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of data-protection rights and other mandatory consumer rights.

7. Prohibited use

The Service may not be used to generate or check names intended for the following categories of activity:

Before generation, the brief is automatically reviewed by a moderation system (an automated classifier). Briefs that fall under the categories above are rejected before any Stars are charged and before the main model runs — the User receives a notification with the reason for rejection.

NamePass reserves the right to refuse service, block access to the Service and/or delete an account without explanation when a violation of this section is suspected. Payments for rejected briefs are refunded automatically in accordance with section 5; payments for already-delivered reports that do not formally violate this section are not refundable.

8. Personal data

The Service processes a minimal set of User data (Telegram ID, interface language, country, the text of submitted briefs and generation results). The full list and processing terms are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the offer

The Service may unilaterally modify the terms of this offer. The current version is always available at app.namepass.pro/legal/offer.en.html. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.

For material changes — affecting paid services, refund handling or the scope of processed data — the Service additionally announces the change in the bot before it takes effect.
